Natural talent needs to be polished and practiced by proper training..I got my training from Sir. J.J.School Of Art in year 1994 [Department-Sculpture].
To know my world better ,I worked under few good artists,studied their styles and way of thinking,learning and grasping new things,few of them really touched me and
my own thinking and formation started.I believe in spontaneous work. The way you think and the way you are,is always depicted in your work. Its like an expression..
or say your genes.I do my creative work in aluminium casting or sometimes in bronze casting. Force n speed r the subjects I work on.I believe I am an artist in process.
I have lot to work. When I sculpt 1 sculpture,I can see so many in one...its endless....You open a single door,n you can see endless doors,,,still waiting to be opened,,,
it's like this for me.
I do murals and monumental as well. In murals my forms look busy communicating with each other n forming some new forms. I just make way for them to grow n flow.
I work with the energy, form having in itself.
I dont treat form, the form treats n tells me how he wants to progress. Monumental sculptures are no different from this. I dont make different sections when I work.
I always feel the same vibration coming to me from the form. I don’t know why people do sections in like realistic n abstract?? Both are the forms, and both communicate
to the artist.
Some misunderstandings,like realistice artists cannot do abract and abstract artists do abstract because they are week in realistic. This I dont belive, for me,
everything are just lines n forms. We have to live with them understand them well and work with them , slowly and gradually, they will except you and start
communicating with you....That is what I am trying for last few years.
